Throughout my journey, I’ve created several products that, despite their potential, didn’t succeed. Each one, however, offered valuable insights and helped me grow. Here’s a brief look at the projects and what I learned:
Prasnottar: A Quora-like platform for answering queries. It aimed to bring people together for sharing knowledge but didn’t achieve the traction needed.
Ngalleria (Dheba): A price comparison system focused on Nepal’s e-commerce sector. Although useful, it faced challenges in maintaining up-to-date data and building partnerships with key e-commerce platforms.
Sewa Ko Yatra: A crowd-funding platform built for local causes in Nepal. While promising, it struggled with trust issues and the complexities of the regulatory landscape.
Makai: A platform that sought to simplify earning for influencers by promoting products. It faced competition in a crowded market and required more differentiation and marketing to stand out.
Though these products didn’t succeed, the lessons from each have been invaluable, shaping my approach to future projects and endeavors.
